it's time.


And so it is time.

Time to stand up.
Open the door.
Inflate my lungs.
Tear some muscles.
Sweat out the toxins.
Reverse the atrophy.
Put myself first for an hour.
Be alone with my breath.
Take it back.

It's time to be better.

  3. go go go! i'm proud of you. :) it's so good to take time out for yourself, especially if it involves self-care. and hey, start small you know? i like to say "hey honey, i'm going wogging!" (walking + jogging). ;)
